03Your questions

Before you order.

Fuel and product questions, answered plainly.

Are Metro stations open?

The retail network is in development. Confirmed openings and station services will be published on Our network once approvals and readiness checks are complete.

Where can I see today's prices?

Metro is not publishing live retail prices at this stage. A business enquiry is assessed individually, and any quotation will state its price basis, validity, delivery charges and applicable taxes.

Can I request specialist products?

Yes. Describe the product, specification and intended use. A request starts a feasibility discussion and does not confirm availability or permission to supply.

How do I choose an engine oil?

Follow the vehicle or equipment manufacturer's required viscosity and performance approvals. Share these details with your enquiry; a generic product name is not enough to confirm suitability.
